Description
The city is a cacophony of color, motion, and energy. Street lights, towering buildings, concrete awash in litter and spills. The occasional bit of green feels choked and on edge. I'm used to quiet. To millions of stars in the night sky. To the slow, steady pace of days.
But I love the city. Its rhythm, its pulse. And when I imagine soaring above it and looking down, the only sound the beating of my heart, I see a choreography of individual hopes and dreams and heartache playing out in front of me. The dance of humanity contained on a stage called progress.
